Our Polypropylene Caps are engineered with Tri-Clamp® Connections. These components, made from durable, FDA-approved materials, are designed to withstand the rigors of bioprocessing applications. Available sizes are ½ inch through 4 inch. Our End caps are lot traceable, gamma stable and animal derived ingredient free.
Our polypropylene caps are designed to coordinate with our elbows, tees and other components engineered and fabricated for single-use technology systems (SUTs). A cap securely seals off tubing ends to help prevent contamination or leaks and supply system integrity.
Single Use Cap Sterilization for FDA Compliance

We only use FDA and USP Class VI tested compounds. Depending on chemical and processing compatibility, customers can choose from polypropylene, Kynar® (PVDF), and platinum-cured silicone materials
Our caps span sizes ranging from ½-inch to 4 inches in diameter. There is a cap to meet specifications and integrate seamlessly with other processing system components.
